FORMAT (DIFFERENT FROM FLYER):

-Double Elimination 2/3 to 11 on winners side, 1 game to 15 on consolation side

-6+ teams is Double Elimination

-5 teams and less, Round Robin and/or bracket combination

-Referrals: Tell your friends to put your first and last name in the 'How did you hear about us?' portion of registration and receive $5 refund per registrant! (Go over your entry fee and we will pay you cash!)

-Volunteers: Each time slot signed up for grants you a 25% refund of your entry fee. Sign up for 3 and get 75% back! Email us and let us know which bracket you are signed up for and we will let you know which time slots would fit in your schedule!

-Sign up early! Prices begin to increase one month out!

All games will be put into DUPR. DUPR Ratings will be reviewed to avoid sandbagging.

Tournament Director may change the format prior to/at the time of the event

Both Partners Must Register Separately

The event has the right to shorten match formats if weather poses scheduling delays.

Changing Partners: Partner changes must be communicated 1 day prior to the event and your replacement must be in the same skill division as you are registered.

Please note that if you are playing in a doubles event and your partner does not register within 7 days of when you register, you will automatically be moved to the waitlist. Your spot in the main event will NOT be saved. If (after you are both registered and paid for the event) there is room in the main event, you will be moved back to the main event. If the event has filled up in the meantime, you will remain on the waitlist until a spot opens up.

September 7th, 2024 - CANCELLATION DEADLINE (for refunds minus a $25 withdrawal fee)

No refunds for any reason after the CANCELLATION DEADLINE ABOVE unless the Registration & Weather Insurance Policy has been purchased prior to the CANCELLATION DEADLINE ABOVE.

REGISTRATION & WEATHER INSURANCE POLICY (<-- Clickable):

If you withdraw before the CANCELLATION DEADLINE ABOVE, you will be issued a full refund (with a $25 processing fee deducted) without the need to purchase Registration Insurance.

During registration you may choose to purchase the Registration and Weather Insurance Policy in the event you have to cancel out of the event after the CANCELLATION DEADLINE ABOVE. The insurance will also cover your event fee in case your event is cancelled due to weather without a make-up day option.

If you registered and paid the registration fee and were put on the wait list; you will not be charged the event fee until you are actually moved into the event. If you do not move off the wait list; a full refund will be issued at the end of the tournament. The cancellation fee will not apply.

**The PT Software Fee is non-refundable as stated on the checkout**

Open Bracket (Cash per team): 1st = $250, 2nd = $150, 3rd = $100.

Under 4.0 Brackets (World-of-Pickleball.com Gift Cards per player): 1st = $50, 2nd = $25, 3rd=$10.

All bracket (Mozi PB Gift Cards per player): 1st Place= $40

If weather or any other unforeseen circumstance occurs World of Pickleball will do all it can to play matches. If brackets are in mid play when a weather or unforeseen circumstance occurs the situation will be evaluated on a case by case basis to determine if the bracket may be finished or if winners may be determined.
