Under 3.0, 3.5, 4.0, 4.5 and Open

Friday (Evening): Men's and Women's Singles OR (NEW) Team Event

Saturday: Men's and Women's Doubles

Sunday: Mixed Doubles

FORMAT:

-Double Elimination 2/3 to 11 on winners side, 1 game to 15 on consolation side

-9+ teams is Double Elimination

-8 teams and less, Round Robin

-Less than 4 teams, bracket combination

TEAM FORMAT:

8 teams maximum. 2 pools of 4. Play each team in your pool and winner of each pool play for Gold. Second place from each pool play for Bronze.

Play Women's Doubles, Men's Doubles, and Mixed Doubles to 11 win by 2. If needed, play singles with player rotating every 4 points.

Note: You need to sign up for both Same Gender Doubles with your designated partner and Mixed Doubles with your designated partner (FRIDAY). Same Gender and Mixed Events on Saturday and Sunday are not part of the team event and registration is separate.

All games will be put into DUPR. DUPR Ratings will be reviewed to avoid sandbagging.

Tournament Director may change the format prior to/at the time of the event

Both Partners Must Register Separately

The event has the right to shorten match formats if weather poses scheduling delays.

Changing Partners: Partner changes must be communicated 1 day prior to the event and your replacement must be in the same skill division as you are registered.

Please note that if you are playing in a doubles event and your partner does not register within 7 days of when you register, you will automatically be moved to the waitlist. Your spot in the main event will NOT be saved. If (after you are both registered and paid for the event) there is room in the main event, you will be moved back to the main event. If the event has filled up in the meantime, you will remain on the waitlist until a spot opens up.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Deadline: March 4th, 2025

Refunds Before the Cancellation Deadline

If you withdraw from the event before the Cancellation Deadline (March 4th, 2025), you will receive a full refund, minus a $25 processing fee. This fee helps cover administrative costs already incurred, such as venue deposits, advertising, and payment processing fees.

Refunds After the Cancellation Deadline

If you withdraw after the Cancellation Deadline, no refunds will be issued unless you have purchased the Registration & Weather Insurance Policy during registration. This insurance provides coverage for cancellations after the deadline, including cases where the event is canceled due to weather, unforeseen circumstances, or other reasons.

Event Cancellations for Any Reason

If the event is canceled for any reason (including low enrollment, weather, acts of God, or other unforeseen circumstances), we offer the following options:

Full credit toward a future event (no expiration)

Refund minus the $25 processing fee

These options are available regardless of whether you purchased the insurance.

Registration & Weather Insurance Policy

REGISTRATION & WEATHER INSURANCE POLICY (<-- Clickable):

If you opted for the Registration & Weather Insurance Policy during registration, this will cover your event fee in case of cancellation for any reason, including low enrollment, weather, or other circumstances, and allows for a full refund even if the event is canceled after the Cancellation Deadline.

Waitlist Policy

If you were placed on the waitlist after registering and were not moved into the event, you will receive a full refund at the end of the tournament. The $25 processing fee does not apply in this case.

PT Software Fee

Please note that the PT Software Fee is non-refundable, as stated during the checkout process.

Doubles OPEN Under 5.5 Bracket (Cash per team): 1st = $250, 2nd = $150, 3rd = $100.

Singles OPEN Under 5.5 Bracket: 1st= $150, 2nd= $100, 3rd= $50

NON-OPEN Brackets (World-of-Pickleball.com Gift Cards per player): 1st = $50, 2nd = $25, 3rd=$10.

ALL Brackets (Mozi Pickleball Gift Cards per player): 1st= $40

Team Event: Prizes for 1st place only. DUPR 14 and 16: $50 Gift Card per player. DUPR 18+: $500 Cash for winning team.
