Along with sponsor CryotherapyIndy, we’re beyond excited to host our first-ever tournament at the Indianapolis Pickleball Club, an exceptional venue featuring 9 indoor courts with a professional tennis surface and permanent pickleball nets — a haven for players of all levels!
TOURNAMENT FORMAT
We’re kicking off with a round-robin format leading into a single-elimination playoff to crown the champions! The exact format may be adjusted based on the number of teams in each event to ensure a top-tier experience for all participants. When selecting your skill level, be sure to choose the one you plan to compete in for this tournament. Events may be merged or split based on registration numbers, so flexibility is key—let’s keep it fun and competitive!
REGISTRATION & PARTNER POLICY
To secure your spot, both you and your partner must be fully registered and paid. Incomplete registrations (unpaid players or players without partners) will be placed on the waitlist — don’t miss out!
WAITLIST
If an event fills up, don’t worry! Join the waitlist, and we’ll do our best to accommodate demand by adding spots when possible. Teams have 14 days for both players to register before they will be moved to the waitlist.
START TIMES
Mark your calendars! Start times will be posted at least one week before the tournament so you can plan your day of pickleball action.
RULES
While this tournament isn’t sanctioned, we’ll be adhering to USA Pickleball rules, including using only paddles from the approved paddle list. Let’s play fair and play hard!
FEES
Registration: $50 (includes one event)
Additional Event: $15
Pickleball Brackets Fees: $5 per event (up to $10 max)
Players can participate in only one event per day.
REFUND POLICY
Withdrawals will receive a full refund (minus Pickleball Brackets fees and $5 processing) if requested by midnight on Jan. 1. After that date, refunds will not be issued.
