DESCRIPTION:

Westridge Wolf Willow Country Club Community league (WWWCCCL) will host the 2024 Annual

Eats n' Beats tournament at the Westridge courts. This is a Non-Sanctioned tournament. Please Join us on our new courts.

FEES:

Early Bird Registration: $50.00 (up until August 31 2024)

Regular Registration: $65.00 (from Sep 1 to September 12, 2024)

Late Registration: $70.00 (from September 13 to September 18, 2024)

Youth (16 and under): $25.00 (Early Bird), $30 (Regular) or $35 (Late). Junior discount is applied at checkout.

Your entry fee includes registration for one category (event) in the tournament.

Add $10 for each additional event.

Registration is considered complete when the team information is complete and paid in full. For doubles events both players must register within 2 days of the first player's registration, or the team will be moved to the waitlist.

Friday September 27, 2024

Men's doubles Events all day, Skill level 3.0, 3.5, 4.0 and 4.5+. Events

Women full singles Skill level 3.0, 3.5, 4.0 and 4.5+. Events

for different age groups (12-49, 50-64, and 65+)

Saturday, September 28 2024:

Mixed doubles Events all day, Skill level 3.0, 3.5, 4.0 and 4.5+. Events

for different age groups (12-49, 50-64, and 65+)

Sunday, September 29, 2024

Women's doubles Events all day, Skill level 3.0, 3.5, 4.0 and 4.5+. Events

Men's full singles Skill level 3.0, 3.5, 4.0 and 4.5+. Events

for different age groups (12-49, 50-64, and 65+)

The tournament director reserves the right to modify/merge the events, schedule as needed.

FORMAT:

All events, including singles, will offer a Round Robin pool-play format. If there are not enough teams for pool play, then a single round-robin bracket will be played.

The top-two teams from each pool or Top 4 for single round-robin bracket will move forward to the next round. If there are 3 pools the first and second team will get a bye.

All pool-play matches, as well as all pre-medal matches, will be one game to 15, win by 2 points. The gold medal matches will be best two-out-of-three games, Games to 11 win by two points.

***YOUR PLAYER PROFILE- should have "Receive in game text messages" checked to "YES" AND Cell Carrier should be selected. This is how you will receive your game notifications and court assignments. FAILURE TO SHOW UP ON TIME FOR YOUR GAMES WILL RESULT IN A FORFEIT**

REFUND POLICY:

Player requested withdrawals will be accepted until September 15 2024 at 6pm, with a full refund less a $15 administration fee.

After September 15, 2024 at 6pm, no refunds will be provided. NO EXCEPTIONS!

WEATHER:

PLEASE NOTE: This is an outdoor event with no make-up date. In the event of inclement weather that requires the cancellation of any events, a refund is NOT available. If events are in mid play when a weather or unforeseen circumstance occurs the situation will be evaluated on a case by case basis to determine if the event may be finished or if winners may be determined.
