It looks like there will be a break in the rain today so please plan to play at noon as planned. Arrive at least 30 min prior to start to check in and get warmed up.

Thank you for choosing to play in the West Lake Pickleball Shootout 2021. Registration is closed and the brackets are finalized with times assigned. Here is the planned schedule:

Friday 10/8 12pm noon- MDS 3.5 50+

Saturday 10/9 8am- MXD 3.0 19+ and MXD 3.5 19+

10:30am- MXD 3.5 50+ and MXD 4.5 19+

Sunday 10/10 10am- all WDS brackets

1pm MDS 3.5 19+ and MDS 4.5 19+

Brackets with 4 or less teams will play 2 out of 3 games to 11 win by 2

Brackets with 5 or more teams play one game to 15 win by 2

When you enter West Lake tell them you are playing in the pickleball tournament and receive a pass from the guard.

Check in at the table at the Club house where you will receive information about which courts will be used for your bracket and other day-of information.

Please bring water and a chair.

Games will be self officiated and number of games based on size of brackets.

Registration $40 and $10 per event

Skill levels- Novice, 3.0,3.5,4.0,4.5+ for age groups 19+ and 50+

Friday- MDS and WDS 50+

Saturday- MXD 19+ and 50+

Sunday- MDS and WDS 19+

Format- Round Robin games to 15

Schedule and brackets subject to change

Registration deadline is midnight October 3

There are no referees, all matches are self officiated

Covid considerations: COVID-19 policies in effect at the time of the tournament will be followed. As the tournament draws near, updates on these policies will be posted here.

Refund Policy

Withdrawals are subject to a $10 administration fee. The $2 registration fee is non-refundable.

Partial refunds will be issued until Oct 3, the registration deadline. After that date no refunds of any amount will be issued.
