* Men's and Women's Doubles: 8:00 AM - 1:00 PM

* Mixed/Coed Doubles: 1:00 PM - 6:00 PM

* Location: Westlane Middle School, 1301 West 73rd St., Indianapolis, Indiana 46260

Registration and Fees:

* Registration Deadline: May 11, 2024

* Registration Fee: Includes one event; each additional event incurs a $10 fee

Event Format:

* Order of Events: Men's and Women's Doubles in the morning, Mixed and Coed Doubles in the afternoon.

* Format: Round-robin followed by a Final Four single-elimination tournament. Brackets may be combined as necessary, ensuring a minimum of four games for all participants.

Waiver Requirement:

* All participants must sign a waiver at check-in before the tournament begins.

Participant Benefits:

* All registered contestants will receive a complimentary tournament t-shirt.

* First Place winners will receive an award

All Profits: All proceeds from this event will directly benefit Washington Township Young Life. Your participation will make a significant difference in supporting the students of Washington Township

Should you need to withdraw from the tournament, you are eligible for a full refund if the withdrawal occurs before May 11th. However, please note that no refunds will be issued after this date.

Please understand that no refunds will be provided due to weather-related cancellations. Your registration fee will be considered a generous donation to Washington Township Young Life, supporting our cause.

Given that the tournament will be held outdoors, we acknowledge the unpredictability of weather conditions. While we will make every effort to conduct the event as scheduled on Saturday, May 18th, in the event of adverse weather conditions that compromise the safety of participants, we will be unable to reschedule the tournament. Please understand that no refunds will be provided due to weather-related cancellations. Your registration fee will be considered a generous donation to Washington Township Young Life, supporting our cause.
