🎾 Village Glen Pickleball Tournament Registration Details 🎾

Registration Fees:

$55 – Includes entry for 1 event

Add a 2nd event for just $15

A $5 Pickleball Bracket (PB) fee will be added to all registrations

Friday, May 2, 2025:

50/50 Doubles – 3.0+ (6 PM Start)

One partner 50+ / One partner 49 & under – Any gender

50/50 Doubles – Open Division (6 PM Start)

One partner 50+ / One partner 49 & under – Any gender

Saturday, May 3, 2025:

Men’s Doubles:

3.0 & Under – 8 AM Start

3.5 – 5 PM Start

4.0 – 2 PM Start

4.5+ – 11 AM Start

Women’s Doubles:

3.0 & Under – 8 AM Start

3.5 – 5 PM Start

4.0 – 2 PM Start

4.5+ – 11 AM Start

Sunday, May 4, 2025:

Mixed Doubles:

3.0 & Under – 8 AM Start

3.5 – 5 PM Start

4.0 – 2:30 PM Start

🏅 Play Format:

Less than 8 teams: Single pool round-robin, followed by medal rounds (Gold, Silver, Bronze)

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations must be made at least 7 days prior to the event for a refund (minus the $5 PB fee).

Waiting for a partner? You’ll still need to cancel 7 days in advance to be eligible for a refund (minus the PB fee).
