Tournament Description
Vigilante Pickleball Benefit Tournament 2024
The Sleeping Giant Pickleball Club and Lewis & Clark Sheriff’s Community Foundation
organizations have united forces to share proceeds that will be used to increase
pickleball opportunities and community safety for the Helena Valley. Join us with players
from Montana, other states and Canada on September 6th to 8th at the Prickley Pear
Elementary School.
No Membership in any association is required for registration.
Registration fee is $50 plus $10 each doubles event (except Singles Play is $25 with
cash prize).
Doubles Round Robin format (skill/age as of 12-31-24) WITH playoffs awarding
Gold/Silver/Bronze for three skill levels 3.0-3.5, 3.5-4.0, and 4.0 & up. The singles
competition (no age groupings) will offer two skill levels 4.0 & under and 4.0 and up with
playing format TBD based on the number of entries. Minimum of 4 games per division,
weather permitting.
Based on registration, we may add or combine age/division brackets. Teams may be
moved into brackets based on total registration to ensure quality levels of competition.
Start times are Friday 6pm and Saturday/Sunday at 8:30am. Start times are subject to
change based on event registration.

Refund Policy
Refunds will be available up to 2 weeks before the tournament registration closing.
All refunds will be charged a $15 processing fee. Emergency refunds will be issued
based on approval.
Weather
Play will be suspended for rain/lightening and all efforts will be made to complete
events.
THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS FOR WEATHER RELATED CANCELLATIONS.
