Join us for a fun-filled day of pickleball and purpose at the 3rd Annual Pickled Pink Pickleball Tournament hosted by the UCBC Cares Foundation. All proceeds from this event directly benefit UCBC Cares and our mission to provide compassionate, comprehensive support to cancer patients in our community.

🏓 Tournament Details
📍 Location: Jennings Mill Country Club

💲 Registration Fees:
$45 per person for one event (plus $5 admin fee)
$60 per person for two events (plus $10 admin fee)
🔞 Minimum Age to Participate: 13 years
🔢 Divisions & Brackets
Event Divisions (all held on Saturday):
Men’s Doubles
Women’s Doubles
Mixed Doubles
Skill & Age Levels:
2.5 to 4.5+
Age groups: 13–49 and 50+
Each team must play at the skill level of the higher-rated player. You must register with a pre-arranged partner, and both players must complete registration and payment to secure your spot. Partners must register within 7 days of each other.
🕘 Schedule & Format
Game schedules will be posted at least 3 days before the tournament.
Each bracket follows a Round Robin format—each team plays one match against every team in its bracket.
Match Format: One game to 11, win by 2. Games are capped at 20 minutes. If tied, the last-serving team plays one extra point to determine the winner.
Playoffs: Top 4 teams advance.
1st vs 2nd: Gold/Silver Match
3rd vs 4th: Bronze Match
🏅 Awards: Gold, Silver, and Bronze medals will be awarded after each division wraps up.
Tiebreakers:
In the event of a tie, the IPF standard applies:
Head-to-head wins
Overall point differential
Head-to-head point differential
Point differential vs. next highest-ranked team
📋 Important Notes
No referees. All games are self-monitored.
Official Ball: Franklin X-40 Outdoor (yellow or pink)
Brackets may be adjusted based on registration. Tournament staff reserves the right to merge or modify age/skill divisions.
Start times are subject to change.
Accident Waiver & Liability Release: Required at registration. Minors must submit a form signed by a parent/guardian. Request one by emailing: mgallant@thegeorgiaclub.com
