Once a Division is full (16 teams), we will separate the division into two groups based on age, the youngest player of your team will determine if you play in the under or over division (age to be determined once the division is full)

THE PICKLEBALLBRACKETS.COM SOFTWARE IS SET UP WITH RATING RULES IN PLACE FOR EACH DIVISION, IF YOU ARE ABLE TO REGISTER FOR A DIVISION THAT MEANS YOUR RATING IS APPROPRIATE FOR IT. DUPR AND PB BRACKETS ARE SLOWLY INTEGRATING AND YOU SHOULD START NOTICING THOSE CHANGES.

4/25/25 Friday - 50+ and 60+ Gender Divisions and Coed Juniors

4/26/25 Saturday - Mixed Divisions - Any Age and 50+ Divisions

4/27/25 Sunday - Gender any age

Divisions maybe adjusted based upon player registrations.

The tournament reserves the right to move players and teams between skill level brackets if necessary or if the player is not in their correct bracket due to skill level.

For a guaranteed spot in mixed doubles or doubles, the second partner must sign up within 6 days of the first partner's registration. Incomplete teams will be moved to the waiting list after that OR WHEN REGISTRATION CLOSES. Once the second partner registers, they will be moved back into the event IF THERE ARE SPOTS LEFT IN THE TOURNAMENT AND THE EVENT AND REGISTRATION IS STILL OPEN.

The tournament will have limited players and will automatically close when that number is reached.

The tournament format is round robin with at least 4 games guaranteed . Top teams advanced to playoffs.

There is a non-refundable PickleballBrackets.com software use fee of $5 for one event or $10 for more than one event that will be applied to every registration.

Full refund minus Pickleballbrackets.com and CC/Stripe fees before April 5th.

Refunds minus a $10 processing fee for withdrawals from the tournament up through the final day of registration (April 20th, 2025)

No refunds (no exceptions)for withdrawals from the tournament after registration closes.

Refunds will be processed after the tournament is complete.
