We have rescheduled the tournament events of Sunday, December 3 to Saturday, December 16.

All divisions for the 16th have been switched to Co-Ed. This means any combo of doubles partners-- two men, two women, one woman/one man-- is acceptable.

The schedule of events on Saturday, December 16 are as follows:

Co-Ed Doubles 3.0 & 3.5-- Check In In at 9:30, Play Starts at 10AM

Co-Ed Doubles 4.0 & 4.5-- Check In In at 12:30, Play Starts at 1PM

Play format is round robin followed by a medal round.

Refunds will be available up to 1 week before the tournament registration closing date.

All refunds are subject to a $20 processing fee. Emergency refunds will be issued based on approval.

In the case of inclement weather, we will make best efforts to ensure all divisions get to play. If we have a total washout or your division does not get to play, we will credit your registration fee to our next tournament.

This event is being played outdoors. If inclement weather or any other unforeseen circumstances occur we will do all we can to play matches. If brackets are in mid play when a weather or unforeseen circumstance occurs the situation will be evaluated on a case by case basis to determine if the bracket may be finished or if winners may be determined.
