The Putnam County Deputy Sheriff’s Association will be hosting its 1st Annual Pickleball Tournament Fundraiser at the Nitro Athletic Complex located at 1650 Park Avenue, Nitro, WV, on June 8th and 9th. Registration is only $20 per person per event. All brackets are double elimination!

June 7th, 2024, Community Night from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM

We will be hosting a community night where we invite everyone to join us (even those who are not signed up for the tournament are welcome to come)! Community Night is where you can come meet different first responders and view vehicles and equipment. The pool and splash pad will be free for all to use. As well as the pickleball courts, tennis courts, and inflatables will be free for all to use. There will be food trucks there as well. At 7pm we will have the Brookse’s Pickle Eating Contest. This contest is open to anyone, free of charge, and the winner gets a HUGE trophy, a $100 VISA Gift Card along with bragging rights, of course. We will also accept in person registration for the pickleball tournament at the community night. Please bring cash or check. For those who do not register in person, Registration and Check-In will begin at 8am on June 8th.
