LFG Tourneys Invites You to THE PICKLER INTERVENTION Tournament at Dill Dinkers- Finksburg!! The tournament will be held on Saturday June 29 and Sunday June 30, 2024.

This will be an indoor tournament with 12 climate-controlled Pickleball courts.

~All General Gender Doubles and Mixed Doubles events will be Round Robin Format, except for Split Age Anything Goes 3.0-4.0, which will be double elimination, with chance to advance.

~OPEN Events will be Double Elimination, best 2 out of 3. In event that four or five teams, will do round robin into brackets play.

* Saturday, June 29th will be all levels MEN'S DOUBLES and WOMEN'S DOUBLES,

* Sunday, June 30th will be all levels MIXED DOUBLES and SPLIT AGE ANYTHING GOES 3.0-4.0 $$

IMPORTANT - We ask that you start a DUPR account if you do not already have one. We also ask that all players join the LFG Tourneys "club" in your Dupr account, to assist in submitting tournament results to DUPR. This is not required, but appreciated :)

FORMAT -

* General Men's, Women's, and Mixed Doubles events will have two age brackets and skill levels of 3.0, 3.5, 4.0, and 4.5. These events will be in a Round-Robin format. Each Round-Robin will have pools varying in size, depending on registrants. Games will be to 15 points, win by 2 points. ALL TEAMS will compete in a playoff in which seeding is based on round-robin performance and games are to 15, win by 2, including medal matches.

*We will have $$ payouts for our OPEN events as well as Split Age Anything Goes 3.0-4.0. These events are double elimination, best two out of three. Consolation bracket, games to 15, win by 2. Consolation bracket players will have a chance to advance back into the medal rounds.

~ KINDA A BIG DILL - $50.00 from 4/8/1/2024 - 4/30/2024.

~ "MAY" BE A PICKLEBALL ADDICT- $55 from 5/1/2024 - 5/10/2024.

~ PICKLERS GOTTA PICKLE - $60.00 from 5/10/2024 - 6/23/2024.

Each General Event Fee - $15.00 each Each Open Event Fee - $60.00 each

**Tournament Directors have the right to make changes to format, adjust age brackets, or other items if needed.

* It is the intention of the Tournament Directors to submit results to DUPR. However, we have no control whether results are entered by DUPR.

Bonus - pklmart will be on site Saturday and Sunday and will provide match analysis for many of the players, depending on bracket size and match location.

* Medals awarded to 1st, 2nd and 3rd place teams.

* General Event 3.0-4.5 playoffs (including medal matches) will be one game to 15 points, win by 2 points.

* Open Events - Double Elimination, best two out of three. Consolation bracket games to 15 win by 2. Medal matches best 2 out of 3. Round Robin will be used for 4-5 teams

GENERAL RULES

* 2024 USA Pickleball Rules and Paddle regulations will apply.

* Team Age bracket will be determined by the age of the youngest partner. Age as of 12/31/2024.

* Team Skill level will be determined by the highest skill level of the player on the team.

OTHER INFO

* All team members must check in at least 30 minutes prior to their bracket start time. Please refer to Event Schedule for your team's bracket start time.

* About a week prior to the tournament date, start time information by bracket will be available on the www.pickleballbrackets.com website.

Our event is indoor and not subject to weather conditions. If you are registered and paid, we anticipate your attendance. In the event that a bracket does not have sufficient teams, the Tournament Director reserves the right to combine brackets by level and/or age.

Water and snacks will be available to players.

Sammi J's Food Truck will be available on Saturday.

The Daily Crepe Co Food Truck will be available on Sunday.

You must show a photo ID with your birthdate to check-in. Please check-in a minimum of 30 minutes prior to your event start time each day that you play. If the tournament is running early, your event can start up to 30 minutes before the scheduled start time.

Selkirk Pro S1 balls will be used for all events.

Refunds (minus a $30 to $35 fee [$25 fee plus $5 or $10 Pickleball Bracket event fee] depending on how many events you are withdrawing from) will be allowed until May 29, 2024 (one month prior). After that date, no refunds will be given for any reason.

*In situations of player swap, the new partner will need to pay the registration and event fee prior to issuing a refund to the withdrawing partner. A refund to the withdrawn partner will be issued (minus a $30 to $35 fee [$25 fee plus $5 or $10 Pickleball Bracket event fee] depending on how many events you are withdrawing from).

* Note - PickleballBrackets.com charges a separate administration fee at checkout that is non-refundable at any time if you are placed into an event.

OPEN DIVISIONS

Event fees are $60. Payouts will include $50 of the of the event fees.

Payouts - First (60%), Second (30%) and Third (10%)

SPLIT AGE ANYTHING GOES (3.0-4.0)

First and Second place teams will be paid out. Payouts will depend on number of teams and be made up of the $15 event fees.
