The Pickleball Barn is proud to host our Fall Bash 2024 Pickleball Tournament!

Tournament Events:

Men's and Women's Doubles - Saturday, November 16th

Mixed Doubles - Sunday, November 17th

Players may register for the following divisions:

Intermediate (3.0-3.49)

Advanced (3.5-3.99)

Expert (4.0+)

Both players must sign up at the skill level of the higher rated partner through PickleballBrackets.com. If neither player has a PickleballBrackets.com rating, players may self rate. The Tournament Director reserves the right to move players and teams to appropriate skill levels.

All events require 4 teams to be held. Any event with less than 4 teams will be cancelled or merged with a neighboring event. Events may be split by age depending on the bracket size.

Competition will begin each day at 8:00 AM. Specific start times for each Event will be posted and emailed to players the week of the event. Each Event is expected to last approximately 4-5 hours.

The tournament format will be a Round Robin followed by playoffs. For events with a large number of teams, there will be two or more pools and the top teams in each pool will advance to a playoff round to determine medal winners. Games will be either to 11 or 15.

The Tournament Director reserves the right to modify the bracket format and number of rounds.

The registration fee is $50 per player per Event until November 1st. Registration for a second event is $30. After November 1st the registration fee increases to $60 per player per Event and $40 for a second event. A non-refundable PickleballBrackets.com software use fee of $5 for one or $10 for more than one event will be applied to every registration.

Players may sign up individually but to guarantee a spot, the second partner must sign up within 7 days of the first partner's registration. Incomplete teams will be moved to the waiting list after that. Once the second partner registers, they will be moved back into the event IF THERE ARE SPOTS LEFT IN THE EVENT.

If an event is full, BOTH PARTNERS must sign up for the waiting list for a team to be eligible to fill any openings that occur. You cannot just name a partner. There is no charge for signing up on the waiting list for full events. You will be billed only if your team gets in.

Refunds will be issued, minus a $10 processing fee and the PickleballBrackets.com software fee, for withdrawals before November 1st.

No refunds for withdrawals after November 1st.

Refunds will be processed after the completion of the tournament.
