2023 VIC OPEN offers Singles/ Gender Doubles/ Mixed Doubles/ Split Age Doubles - OPEN EVENT & SKILL/AGE DIVISIONS

Singles (March 13): Only 1 event can be entered

Gender Doubles(Gender March 11): 1 skill/age event can be entered for the relevant gender doubles.

Mixed Doubles (March 12): 1 skill/age event can be entered for the relevant mixed doubles.

A total of 4 events can be entered inclusive of one singles event, one age/skill division for gender and one mixed doubles and one split age event.

Split Age Event (March 11&12): 1 division can be entered. There will be a 3.5+ and 3.5 Under division which is CoEd. 1 person must be under 55 years old and 1 person above 55 years old, any gender.

MAXIMUM EVENTS TO BE ENTERED: 4

Advice on exact times and dates for events will be released once there is clarification on numbers entering. Singles, Doubles and Mixed will each be played on separate days.

OPEN EVENTS - Best of three sets in the elimination draw. 1 set to 15 in the consolation draw. Guaranteed one match (best of three) and 1 match to 15.

SKILL/ AGE EVENTS/SPLIT AGE EVENT - Round Robin with top performers through to elimination.

Skill and age divisions will be collapsed at the discretion of the tournament committee.

Junior divisions will be structured at the discretion of the tournament committee to best fit the needs of the Junior participants.

Refunds will be provided no questions asked up to the close of registration (minus Stripe/PayPal fees) .

After registration closes provision of medical certificate will ensure a full refund minus the transaction and service charges.

General withdrawal after the close of registration will result in a $30 registration payment being retained by PV to cover costs incurred.

Once draws and times are published, NO refund will be given, except when a medical certificate can be provided.
