Welcome to the 2025 PEAK Mixed LiveBall Knockout Tournament and Calcutta! We are excited to once again be at the forefront of innovation in the Pickleball tournament world. This tournament will be unlike any other tournament you have seen or played.

By signing up for this tournament, you will be entered into two events. One is a LiveBall Knockout on Saturday (see description below), and one is a standard, mixed, round-robin and bracket on Sunday. All players who sign up must be available for both events. The tournament field is limited to 72 players, with 12 teams in each division.

The registration cost is $49 for PEAK Pickleball Members and $59 for non-members. To get the member discount, click on Clubs at the top of Pickleballbrackets.com and search for PEAK. Find our logo and add yourself as a member before registering for the tournament.

Saturday March 29th: MIXED LIVEBALL KNOCKOUT TOURNAMENT

3.0-3.5: 8:00-11:30am

3.5-4.0: 12:00-3:30pm

Open Calcutta: Drawing 3:00pm, Auction 3:30pm, Play 4:00-7:30pm

Sunday March 30th: ROUND-ROBIN MIXED TOURNAMENT

3.0-3.5: 8:30am

3.5-4.0: 11:30am

Open: 3:30pm

Format:

MIXED LIVEBALL KNOCKOUT TOURNAMENT:

The 3.0-3.5 and 3.5-4.0 divisions will begin with a 15-minute warm up where we explain the rules and scoring of the PEAK's LiveBall. Prior experience with LiveBall is not needed to play. The rules are simple and can be picked up fast. The tournament will consist of 4 simultaneous courts of LiveBall. Your team will play on each court for 20 minutes, then shuffle to another court, allowing you to play against the majority of teams in your division. We will have scorekeepers and ball retrievers on all courts. Your overall LiveBall score will then seed you into a Knockout bracket. Four teams will be eliminated based on scores from LiveBall. The Knockout portion will consist of rounds of timed, 8-minute games, sending the two lowest scoring teams to a Knockout court. The last team standing wins. Prizes will be awarded to the top 3 teams in each division.

CALCUTTA:

This will be a Knockout Calcutta for the Open players. At 3pm on Saturday, we will draw teams and auction them to the highest bidders. Play will begin at 4pm. Pizza and beverages will be available to all tournament players at 5pm. We encourage all tournament participants and their friends and families to come to the Calcutta to bid on and buy their favorite team. In our last tournament, we had a pool of $2700, with the top team and the owner taking $1580. The top three finishing teams and their owners will be paid out as follows: 60% to 1st, 25% to 2nd, and 10% to 3rd. Five percent of the pot will go to the Missoula Education Foundation. Bring cash as this is cash in, cash out. This is a great spectator event! Come and witness high-energy, high-stakes Pickleball.

MIXED ROUND-ROBIN BRACKET TOURNAMENT:

Sunday's play will be a standard round-robin for seeding and bracket tournament. Each division is guaranteed 5 games during this section. Medals and cash prizes will be awarded to the top 3 teams in each division.
