Welcome to the Pickleball D3 @ the Mill Works “Merrimack Open" pickleball tournament. This tournament highlights the physical/mental benefits of staying active at all ages.

TOURNAMENT FORMAT*

MEN’S DOUBLES-

• BEGINNER (3.0 and less),

• INTERMEDIATE (4.0 and less)

• ADVANCED (4.0 and greater)

WOMEN’S DOUBLES

• BEGINNER (3.0 and less),

• INTERMEDIATE (4.0 and less),

• ADVANCED (4.0 and greater)

MIXED DOUBLES

• BEGINNER (3.0 and less),

• INTERMEDIATE (4.0 and less),

• ADVANCED (4.0 and greater)

MENS SINGLES

• BEGINNER (3.0 and less),

• INTERMEDIATE (4.0 and less),

• ADVANCED (4.0 and greater)

WOMENS SINGLES

• BEGINNER (3.0 and less),

• INTERMEDIATE (4.0 and less),

• ADVANCED (4.0 and greater)

*Events with 8+ Teams: Teams will be divided into two or more seeded pools and the top teams in each pool will advance to a playoff round to determine winners.

*Events with 7 Teams or Less: Round Robin

*Teams must register at the level of the highest rated player according to Pickleball Bracket or a player’s UPTR rating. If a player is not rated they may self-rate. The tournament director will validate all ratings and if necessary, move players/teams to respected brackets accordingly.

REGISTRATION FEE

$50 for the first event and $10 for each additional event. If for any reason you need to withdraw from the tournament, all monies will be eligible for a refund minus a $15 surcharge. No refunds will be possible after February 14, 2022.

COVID PROTOCOL

The Mill Works makes every effort to create a fun and safe pickleball experience. The club follows the current mandate of the Town of Westford. Masks are voluntary, but if you are not feeling well the day of the tournament or are awaiting the result of a Covid test, please stay home.
