Espire Sports is an indoor and outdoor venue offering well-lit, full-size courts free from wind and rain. Tournament play will be scheduled for both indoor and outdoor play based on brackets and divisions. Please bring clothing and supplies for both environments. Players will be thrilled with the quality of these courts and venue amenities (locker rooms, putting green, back-alley bowling, golf simulators, corn hole, pool, shuffle board, fitness center and restaurant).

All start times are subject to change and events might be merged or split based on event registration.

TEEN CENTER GALACTIC CHALLENGE – Non-Sanctioned tournament. USA Pickleball Rules will be used for tournament operations.

All Fees are PER PERSON. Both teammates will need to register and pay on their own. PAYMENT DEADLINE IS SEPTEMBER 2, 2024.

Deadlines may change depending on waitlisted players. THE ONLY WAY TO SECURE YOUR SPOT IS TO MAKE SURE BOTH YOU AND YOUR PARTNER ARE REGISTERED AND PAID IN FULL.

FORMAT:

COMPETITIVE Division:

Round Robin with single elimination playoffs for top 4 seeds. Court assignments will be on the courts with full-size boundaries (1-8 and 15-19). Referees will be available for medal matches and other random matches. Registrants for the competitive play may approach this as a traditional tournament where winning is the goal

Each Event $15

RECREATIONAL Division:

Round Robin play with medal determinations based on these results. Court assignments will be on the courts with limited-size boundaries (9-14). No referees will be provided for these divisions. Registrants for the recreational play should approach this as a fun tournament where enjoyable play is the goal and winning is a bonus. PLEASE SIGNUP FOR THIS DIVISION ONLY IF YOU ARE PLAYING FOR FUN, NOT TRYING TO SAVE MONEY AND EARN EASY WINS!

Each Event $5

Events in this division are titled Recreational.

Sponsorships are available for youth players by request and approval of the Teen Center.

Tournament Director has the right to combine brackets by age or skill.

A player's spot is NOT SECURE unless you have a partner listed and BOTH partners are PAID IN FULL!!!!!

*Players have 21 days to find a partner, otherwise they will be placed on the waitlist. If you list a partner during registration, that player has 21 days to get registered or the system will automatically move you to the waitlist. It is the player’s responsibility to make sure both partners are registered.

START TIMES:

All event times will be posted 2 days prior to the event starting. You can find this information on the WELCOME PAGE of the tournament under the "START TIMES" tab.

Start times will be staggered throughout the day to accommodate court availability and group size. Brackets will begin both days at 8:00 AM.

Full Refund minus $15.00 processing fee will be issued before August 9th, 2024 for withdrawals for any reason. Pickleballbrackets service fees are non-refundable.

A 50% refund will be issued before for withdrawals up to August 31st, 2024, after this date no refunds will be issued. Players registered but without a partner may use this date as their guide to either withdraw with a partial refund or remain registered and recognize that their registration fee will become a donation if they don’t play.

All refunds need to be requested via email to the tournament director. Withdrawing from the tournament does not automatically issue a refund. A refund must be requested. Email Douglas DJ Seefeld at prescottpickileballcoach@gmail.com. Refunds may take up to 14 business days to process.

Processing fees are non-transferable, if you need and find a sub they will need to go in and pay the processing fees that pickleballbrackets.com attaches to every player. After they do that, we will be able to transfer the registration fee and event fee to your substitution.
