Your $60 entry fee covers the tournament and includes water and a variety of beverages to

Tournament Refund Policy

1. Full Refund: A full refund will be provided if a cancellation request is made 14 days or more before the tournament start date.

2. Partial Refund: If a cancellation request is made between 7-13 days before the tournament, a 50% refund will be issued.

3. No Refund: No refunds will be provided for cancellations made 6 days or less before the tournament start date, or for no-shows on the day of the tournament.

4. Event Cancellation: In the unlikely event that the tournament is canceled by the organizers, a full refund will be issued to all registered participants.

5. Transfer of Registration: If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to another player up to 3 days before the tournament start date. Please contact us to arrange a transfer.

Note: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of the cancellation request.
