Players must sign up as teams, which can be men, women, or mixed. To start, we are allowing for 18 Beginner teams, 18 Intermediate teams, and 6 Advanced teams. If one group fills up quickly, we will adjust these limits within the objective of having approximately 40 teams. A Round robin format will be used for each group, with a goal of having teams play at least 5 games.

After registrations are complete, the tournament director will divide the teams into groups, which may be pools with a playoff, or separate age-based groups. The schedule will be announced at least two days before the event. Event start times will be at 8 AM, 11 AM, and 2 PM.

This tournament is a fundraiser for the Mishawaka Park Department for adding more pickleball courts at Central Park. The club will be contributing up to $2000 from registrations, and players will have the option to make additional contributions at the tournament.

Picnic style lunch and beer will be available to purchase from Fiddler's Hearth.

Since this tournament is a fund-raiser, no refunds will be made.

The event will not be rescheduled if the tournament is rained out.
