50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74,75-79,80-84, 85-89, 90+

*Per NSGA rules 5 year age groups will be divided into no more than 3 skill levels where entries warrant

No Age Overrides allowed except to play down to the younger age of a partner in a Doubles team.

REGISTRATION

December 20, 2022 - February 17, 2023

There is one (1) Texas Senior Games Registration fee of $55 plus Event fees depending on the sport you are registering for: $55 (TSG fee) + $45 Pickleball (sport fee) includes all pickleball events, referee fees, and a TSG shirt.

**IMPORTANT - PLEASE READ**

REGISTRATION: Players MUST REGISTER ON 2 SITES:

(1) REGISTER ON THE PICKLEBALLBRACKETS.COM tournament site AND

(2) *REGISTER AND MAKE PAYMENT ON THE TEXAS SENIOR GAMES (TSG) site

*Complete player registration and checkout process (sign online waiver) on PickleballBrackets.com, then proceed to register and pay at the TSG website. If you started on the TSG site, DO NOT FORGET TO REGISTER on the PICKLEBALLBRACKETS.COM tournament site as well.

Registered players go to a WAITING LIST on PickleballBrackets.com until a player (Singles) and BOTH players (Doubles) are *confirmed REGISTERED and PAID through TSG.

*Confirmation is a MANUAL process between PickleballBrackets.com and TSG systems.

Correctly registering on both PickleballBrackets.com and TSG sites (with the same partners and events) will help facilitate the manual process of getting you off the Wait List on PickleballBrackets.com.

Registrations on PickleballBrackets.com will be processed in the order that payment is received on the TSG site (assuming all partners have registered and paid).

FORMAT

Brackets of 3 will be double round robin with each match 1 to 15.

Brackets of 4 will be round robin with each match 2/3 games to 11.

Brackets of 5-7 will be round robin with each match 1 to 15.

Brackets of 8 and over will be divided into two pools. Each pool will be a round robin of one game to 15. The top two teams of each pool will move on to a Single Elimination Bracket to determine Gold, Silver and Bronze medals.

This tournament has a NO REFUND POLICY except for MEDICAL REASONS ONLY when requested in writing NO LATER THAN FEBRUARY 3 with a written note from a medical professional (less a $25 administrative fee).

This is an OUTDOOR TOURNAMENT. If there is inclement weather, all will be done to play matches but THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS OR CREDITS DUE TO INCLEMENT WEATHER. There are no indoor back up options available or rain dates.
