The Tennessee Soybean Pickleball Palooza will be held September 2nd (Labor Day) at the UT Martin outdoor pickleball courts. Men and Women division matches will begin at 9am and mixed doubles will begin at 2pm.

Round Robin format with gold, silver, and bronze medals awarded.

$30 per player - Junior Registration (ages 12-17) *Must register in junior only events*

$40 per player - Men, Women, and Mixed Registration

$50 per player - Men and Women Money Divisions

* All registration fees include entry into the men & women doubles and mixed doubles.

* Participants registered by August 23rd will receive a tournament t-shirt.

* Pickleball brackets charges $5 per event nonrefundable service fee per event.

Tournament Director reserves the right to adjust brackets and format as needed. (PBR rankings update on September 1st)

We reserve the right to refuse service at any time.

Tournament ball – Franklin X-40 Outdoor (Diadem Official Indoor if tournament is moved indoors due to weather)

Monday – 9/2 Men’s and Women’s Doubles at 9am - Mixed Doubles at 2pm.

Specific Start times to be published approximately 3 days before tournament.

This is a NONREFUNDABLE event.

Prize money will only apply to the men's and women's open division.

1st - $250 per team

2nd - $150 per team

3rd - $100 per team

(Full payouts are dependent on a filled division)

In the event of bad weather, the tournament bracket will be condensed and moved to the indoor courts located within the UTM Student Rec Center.

Neither The University of Tennessee at Martin nor the Office of Campus Recreation

accepts any responsibility for ill health or injury sustained while participating in any campus

affiliated pickleball tournaments. Tournament participation is on a voluntary basis, no medical

or ambulance expense incurred by a participant will be paid by the Department or by the

University. Individuals use all Department facilities at their own risk. It is recommended that all

participants undergo a physical examination prior to participation and carry some form of

health and accident insurance. If an injury does occur, it should be reported to the nearest

Campus Recreation staff member immediately. In the event that blood is involved in an injury,

that person cannot continue to participate until the wound is properly cleaned and dressed. Any

clothing with blood must be removed prior to continued participation.
