FORMAT

Double Elimination Brackets

• Main Draw Bracket Matches – 2 of 3 games to 11, win by 2

• Survivor’s Bracket Matches – 1 game to 15, win by 2

• Gold Medal Match - Winner of Main Draw Bracket starts with a 1 game lead, playing the winner of the Survivor's Bracket.

or Round Robin Tournament brackets (depending on number of teams)

• Round Robin – Each match will be 1 game to 15, win by 1 (cap at 17)

TIME OUTS - Each team will be given (2) 1 minute time outs per game for all rounds

Registration

• Player's age as of: 12/31/24

• Minimum Age of Player: 16

• Tournament Sanctioning: Not Sanctioned

• Practice Courts Available the morning of the tournament (sunrise - 10am)

• All other games will be played using the honor system, calling your own lines and the server calling the score before they begin the motion of the serve.

Refund Policy:

We staff and plan the event based on the number of registrations. For any unforeseen circumstances if the tournament had to be cancelled or re-scheduled players would be fully refunded the registration cost minus the service fee charged by Paypal/pickleball brackets.

Current Pine Valley Members will receive a full house account credit for the registration cost.

Withdrawal policy:

Any player who withdraws prior to registration deadline will also be charged a $5.00 withdrawal fee.

Raindate will be a later Saturday start or the next day (Sunday)
