The Sun City Summerlin Pickleball Club is excited to host a tournament to benefit Project 150 of Las Vegas. All registration and event fees will be donated to Project 150. Project 150's mission is to provide free support and services to homeless, displaced, and disadvantaged high school students so they can remain in school, graduate, and build bright futures.

You must be at least 19 years old to register for this tournament.

We are targeting to include 6 teams in each bracket. After the registration deadline, we will further divide the events by age in order to hit this target. Alternatively, we may need to combine brackets with fewer teams.

All events will use a round robin format, one game to 15 (win by 1 or 2 depending on the number of registrations that we receive), and we will recognize the top three teams in each bracket.

Your Pickleball.com self ratings are now being used to determine which events are applicable during registration. (The DUPR rating check has been removed due to issues experienced by players during registration.) After registration is complete, we will confirm that players appear to be in the appropriate rating divisions by referring to DUPR. We will reach out to players with significant discrepancies, if their DUPR has a high reliability rating.

The $50 registration fee includes one event. The fee for the second event for a player is $15. Pickleball.com will charge an administration fee of $5 per player, per event.

If your designated partner has not registered within 7 days, you will be moved to the wait list. If you register needing a partner and have not found a partner within 7 days, you will be moved to the wait list.

Players and spectators are encouraged to help us fill the Project 150 Sienna Van with Cereal for their food pantry. We will also raffle baskets filled with amazing prizes. Lastly, you can drop off a donation at any time during the tournament.

This is a charity event. All proceeds except the $5.00 per person per event Pickleball.com charge will be donated to Project 150 of Las Vegas. Therefore, there will be no refunds if you withdraw. If the tournament is cancelled, you will have the option to receive a refund for the registration fee, or donate it to Project 150.
