Welcome to the Sugar Land’s GRAND OPENING Tournament & Mixer!

Please Join us March 23rd, 2024 at the Sugar Land Life Time which is the largest Life Time pickleball facility in Sugarland & surrounding areas. This Athletic Country Club featured 3 indoor courts; NOW recently built 13 OUTDOOR DEDICATED COURTS (Total- 16 courts).

Registration Opens: March 4th, 2024 @ 8am

Registration Closes: March 21st, 2024 @ Midnight.

EARLY BIRD REGISTRATION by Midnight March 13th

Club Member: $25

Non-Member: $35

Registration Cost after:

Club Member: $35

Non-Member: $45

Teams must register and pay as individuals.

All registrations must be completed via pickleballbrackets.com via credit/debit card.

Events Starting at 8am

-Women's and Men's Doubles

-Senior 50+ Doubles

Mixer Starting at 12:30pm

(Tournament Schedule will be distributed 3-5 days prior to the tournament)

IMPORTANT WEATHER INFO:

Start Times may be adjusted depending on weather conditions.

Each Division will guarantee a payout of $100.

Other medalist will receive either Joola Swag or redeemable gift cards.

DELAYS

If you are unavoidably detained and it appears that you will not arrive in time for your game/match, please contact the Tournament Director. We can update you on the schedule and consider options but your game may result in a forfeit.

If you are more than 10 minutes late for your game your result may be a forfeit!

We will have water & snacks for our participants.

All refunds are subject to a $10 cancellation fee. No refunds for any reason after cancellation deadline of 3/18/24.
