The STYC Pickleball Open was the first Pickleball tournament sanctioned by the USA Pickleball Association in the Virgin Islands!.

This year will be Epic! FUN, food, raffles, Pickcleball, entertainment, clinics, special guests and did I mention FUN! Swag Bag for each player.

First 25 PAID registrations will receive a FREE 2025 tournament t-shirt.

Fri, Nov 21 – Tournament Day 1, 8am – Till end of last game

Fri, Nov 21 – Happy Hour after Tournament, and raffles/games/entertainment

Sat, Nov 22 – Tournament Day 2, 8am – Till end of last game

Sat, Nov 22 – Happy Hour after Tournament, entertainment and Medal/Awards presentations

Sun, Nov 23 – Tournament Day 3 Rain day

**This will be a USA Pickleball Association No-Referee Sanctioned Tournament**

ALL players MUST be a USA Pickleball member to participate.

***You must be a CHAMPIONSHIP level*** (NOT Challenger)

A USA Pickleball Certified Referees will be present at the venue to answer player questions and address on-court issues. They are not required for matches. But...last year, we had 6 referees on the courts, it was amazing!

FORMAT: The tournament will be a round robin. We will feature 3 skill levels and age levels across Mens Doubles, Women's Doubles and Mixed Doubles.

PLEASE NOTE: The tournament director reserves the right to cancel or modify or combine brackets and/or schedule as needed (ex. Insufficient numbers in Events, Weather, etc).

REFEREE TRAINING:

Learn the ins and outs of pickleball or just understand the game better? Last year everyone learned so much! We are looking for a group of energetic players or non-players, who have a desire to learn - This 2 day in person referee training will be before the tournament (Limited Space Available) Wed. 11/19/25 and Thurs. 11/20/25 (You can still play in Tournament) Contact: miked@tournamentpb.com

CLINICS:

Get to be one of a few to enjoy personal coaching from Carlos Cruz & Pedro Maldonado from Puerto Rico! Gold medal Champions at the Worlds in Peru in the 5.0+ category.

This is a one time opportunity to learn from the best! They will adopt this clinic to your skill level. They will help you improve your game, no matter if it’s the serve, reset, dink, game strategy or whatever. (Fee) Contact: miked@tournamentpb.com

REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

This is an outdoor event and will have only (1) make-up date on Sun 11/23/25. In the event of inclement weather that requires the cancellation of any events, a refund is NOT available. Thank you for your understanding! (See "Weather Info" for Weather Insurance)

REFUND POLICY WITHDRAWAL:

-100% Refundable 60 days prior to event. Cutoff is Monday 9/22/25 (So PLEASE sign up early)

-Between 9/22/25 - 11/1/25, you will be issued a refund minus $25 withdrawal fee.

-There will be NO refunds given with withdrawals after the Cancellation Deadline - Friday 11/1/25

-Refunds by email notification ONLY

-Refund processing can take up to 30 days.

**Processing fees will NOT be refunded**
