The tournament directors reserve the right to combine brackets and change format depending on registration and time allotment on the day of the tournament. The tournament committee reserves the right to place players in their appropriate skill level category. Minimum number of teams to run the event is 4. Tournament Director has the right to adjust the number.

Registration Info: Although you register online, your registration is not complete until you mark your registration complete, and your payment has been received.
Online Tournament registration is required, no paper forms.

In the case of wait lists, in doubles events - teams will take priority over individuals. Our goal is to accommodate as many people as the schedule will allow - but at the same time have a well-rounded tournament with representation from all skill levels.

Schedule: Event is designed as a full day tournament – Registration/Check-in will be open at 7:00 AM. Games may start each day as early as 8:00 am and may finish as late as 7:00 pm based on participation numbers/draw format per each category – the official schedule to be released prior to tournament. Presentation ceremony for winners in each category will take place approximately 15 minutes after the completion of each category.

Venue Info: Please bring your own chair. No locker rooms or lockers. Port-a-potty's on-site for bathroom use. Parking lots available and street parking available if all lots full.
