The tournament will limit registration to 150 players, or when the tournament director deems the day’s event is full.

Brackets/Events will be round robin or pool play. All games will we played to 11 win by 2.

Players are guaranteed 4 games per event.

The tournament director reserves the right to modify event formats as needed depending on registrations.

Events may be merged or split based on registration numbers.

Medals will be awarded based on standings in the original event.

The SPSEF Mission is to promote the highest quality of education in the Springdale Schools by supporting the teaching process, providing additional educational resources, and engaging a broad base of community support.

SPSEF is an independent, 501(c)(3) not-for-profit organization governed by a board of directors representing community members, business professionals, educators, and parents. The proceeds from this inaugural SPSEF Pickleball Tournament will go to supporting the Foundation’s Grants and Scholarship Programs. The Tournament Champions will be able to direct a $250.00 grant to their favorite School or Teacher in the Springdale School District.

SPSEF is focused on raising money that funds classroom or school-wide grants that are innovative and promote student achievement. To date, SPSEF has awarded 250 classroom Innovation Grants that total $1,500,000. Additionally, the Foundation is deeply committed to providing Springdale graduates with financial assistance to further their educational experiences beyond high school. Since 2011, SPSEF has awarded nearly $800,000 in scholarship and work-readiness funds to 600 Springdale students.

All withdrawals before January 19, 2024 will have a $15 processing fee. Pickleballbracket service fees are non refundable. There will be no refunds after January 19, 2024.

Emergency refunds will be issued based on documentation and tournament director approval.
