Minimum entry required for an event to proceed will be 4 teams

*Events with 8+ Teams: Teams will be divided into two or more seeded pools and the top teams in each pool will advance to a playoff round to determine medal winners.

*Events with 7 Teams or Less: Round Robin for events with a small number of teams.

Play is scheduled to be played outside

Indoor courts are available if there is inclement weather

Medals for Gold, Silver, and Bronze winners

T-shirts provided for all players

1 Lunch Ticket will be provided for each tournament player

**PLEASE NOTE** - For a guaranteed spot in the tournament, the second partner will have four days to register after the first partner signs up. If the second partner does not register within that time limit or you register and select "Need a Partner", you will be moved to the waiting list. Once the second partner registers, the team will be moved back into the event if there are still openings available.

All participants must sign a waiver before playing in the first match

The cancellation deadline is by 11:59 pm on July 10th, 2022. No refunds for any reason after that date. Your spot in the tournament is not guaranteed until your partner has registered and all fees have been paid in full. No refunds if you withdraw or fail to secure a partner.

If the tournament is canceled due to COVID restrictions or directives from government authorities, we will credit your registration fees minus any processing fees we incur.

Prize money will be approximately 30% of total entry fees based on the individual event
