No tournament registration fee- Cost is per event all events are about 3 hours max events: 4

(3.0, 3.5, 4.0, events- $35 each person per event, with early bird discounts costs $20)

(Open$ prize money events) open to all skill levels-$80 each person, with early bird discounts costs $65)

55% of all open entry fees goes into open event prize pool

You can sign up for 2 different (Group & Format Combo per day, they won’t interfere with each other, for example Men’s Singles 4.0, and Men’s Doubles 4.0. Also singles is done on Saturday and Sunday so you can sign up for both if you want.

Note for each event you sign up for there is an additional $5 pickleballbracket service fee, so 2 events would be $10, additional events after 2 there is no service fee. The pickleballbracket service fee is non-refundable if you pull out of the event unless the Tournament Director withdraws you. If after extending the registration deadline, age and skill brackets within .5 levels can't be combined to reach the minimum of 3 doubles teams or 3 singles players 72 hrs before the start of you event then you will be withdrawn by the tournament director and refunded the event fee and pickleballbracket service fee which we will pay for you to pickleballbrackets since it is not your fault the event did not run. This will make players more inclined to register for events early to lock in a discount and not get penalized at end if event does not run since you get all your money back.

Bracket Formats: will be around 3 hrs regardless of number of teams, if less teams then more points will be played against each opponent to make it around 3hrs, everyone is guaranteed 4 games.

minimum teams for each doubles bracket- 3 teams except open events 4 teams

minimum players for each singles bracket: 3 players except open single events 4 players

3 teams- a double round robin to 15 by 2 points with playoffs to 15 by 2 points will be played. So you play one round robin followed by a 2nd round robin to 15 by 2 and then the playoffs are to 15 by 2.

4-7 teams - Round Robin with playoffs with games to 11, 15, or 2 out of 3 to 11 win by 2 depending on number of teams

8+ teams - Round Robin format with pools and playoffs

Registration is determined by skill

PBR (Pickleball Brackets Rating) is used. If you don't have a PBR you may self rate. Skill levels are determined at the time of the tournament.

The tournament director reserves the right to merge or split events, move players and teams between skill level brackets, and modify event formats as needed depending on the registration numbers.

Only Open Divisions are Prize Money Events

Spectators can come and watch for free.

Event fee will be fully refunded up to October 16, 11:55pm

50% of event fee will be refunded from October 16 to October 23, 11:55pm when registration closes.

No refunds after October 23, 11:55pm unless the Tournament Director withdraws you. Prize Money- 55% of the total money collected for each Open Event from the players that are competing goes toward that event's prize pool. 1st place gets 70%, 2nd gets 30%, 3rd place gets a medal. If all Open Events are at full capacity the total prize purse for the Open Events would be 10,000 being 55% of the total money collected.
