You can sign up for 2 different (Group & Format Combo per day, they won’t interfere with each other, for example Men’s Singles 4.0, and Men’s Doubles 4.0

Schedule: Note Open (Prize Money) events starts times are set, 3.0, 3.5, 4.0, 4.5 events will be played between the scheduled times listed below if the exact start time is not listed already. Also singles events will be available all 3 days.

Friday: Men’s & Women’s Singles (4.0 and under, Open$)- Friday from 4:30-7:30pm

Saturday: Men’s & Women’s Singles, 4.0 and under, Open$- Saturday 1-4pm

Men’s & Women’s Doubles (3.0,3.5,4.0,4.5,Open$)Age:Any,Age 50+- Sat 4:30-7:30pm

Sunday: Men’s & Women’s Mixed Doubles (3.0,3.5,4.0,4.5,Open$)Age Any, Age 50+-Sun 1-4pm

Men’s & Women’s Singles, (4.0 and under, Open$)- Sunday 1-4:30-7:30pm

Note-Prize Money- 55% of the total money collected for each Open Event goes toward that event's prize pool. 1st place gets 70%, 2nd gets 30%, 3rd place

gets a medal. If all Open Events are at full capacity the total prize purse for the

Open Events would be 9,900 being 55% of the total money collected.

Bracket Formats:

minimum teams for each doubles bracket: 4 teams minimum players for each singles bracket: 4 players

1-3 Teams - Combined with another bracket(s)

4-7 teams - Round Robin with playoffs with game to 11, 15, or 2 out of 3 to 11 win by 2 depending on number of teams

8+ teams - Round Robin format with pools and playoffs

Registration is determined by skill level. For doubles and mixed doubles, you need to sign up at the skill level of the higher rated partner. PickleballBrackets.com ratings are used. If you don't have one you may self rate. Skill levels are determined at the time of the tournament.

The tournament director reserves the right to merge or split events, move players and teams between skill level brackets, and modify event formats as needed depending on the registration numbers. Matches may be moved to a later time during the day in case of rain. We have 13 pickleball courts, 5 indoor pickleball courts and 8 outdoor pickleball courts. In the case of rain matches will be moved indoors. If there are a lot of people signed up then some events may be moved to a later time in the case of rain, as a last resort we will use the 7:30pm to 10:30pm time slot for each day indoors in the case of rain. If there are no courts available then some events will be canceled (low probability), matches will not be moved to another day and you will be refunded the full event fee.

Only Open Divisions are Prize Money Events

Spectators can come and watch for free.

Event fee will be fully refunded up to Aug 7, 11:55pm

50% of event fee will be refunded up to Aug 14, 11:55pm when registration closes. No refunds after Aug 14, 11:55pm unless the Tournament Director withdraws you after the deadline from the skill event for there not being enough teams.

Refund Policy continued....The Minimum number of teams in each bracket is 4 teams. After the registration deadline if there are not enough teams, the first step is to combine age level brackets, then skill level brackets within .5 levels. So if there are three 3.5 doubles teams age: any, and one 3.5 doubles team age: 50+ the events would merge to make 4 teams. If there is no possibility to merge teams and there are only 3 teams the tournament director will ask everyone if they still want to play. If not then you will be refunded the full event fee
