Welcome to the August 2025 Sparrow's Nest Dink & Drive Charity Invitational @ Hudson Valley Pickleball & Golf Center held at a brand new indoor facility with 10 courts! Register on or before August 20th.

The tournament will include men’s/women’s doubles, mixed doubles, and men’s/women’s singles, levels 3.0 to 4.5+. The format will be round robin in the group stage, Teams with less than 8, will have the advancing teams going into a single-elimination bracket. Each team will have a minimum of 4 matches and all matches will be entered into DUPR. Top 3 places of every event will receive medals.

The registration fee is $80 per player per Event. Registration for a second event is $40. A non-refundable PickleballBrackets.com software use fee of $5 for one or $10 for more than one event will be applied to every registration.

For Doubles, players may sign up individually but to guarantee a spot the second partner must sign up within 2 days of the first partner's registration. Incomplete teams will be moved to the waiting list after that. Once the second partner registers, they will be moved back into the event IF THERE ARE SPOTS LEFT IN THE EVENT.

If a Doubles event is full, BOTH PARTNERS must sign up for the waiting list for a team to be eligible to fill any openings that occur. You cannot just name a partner. There is no charge for signing up on the waiting list for full events. You will be billed only if your team gets in.

Results will be entered into DUPR.

For cancellations, please note that the pickleballbrackets.com fee of $5 per event is non-refundable (they charge this fee to us immediately without any refunds). For registration and event fees, full refunds minus the pickleball brackets fee of $5 per event will be offered before July 20 . Any cancellations on July 20 or later will not be refunded.
