Refund Policy
Refunds are available for:
- Events that do not proceed due to insufficient numbers
- Medical reasons with a doctor's certificate
- Withdrawals up 14 days before the start of the tournament weekend will choose to receive a full refund or credit to another World Pickleball Association event
- Withdrawals within 14 days before the start of the tournament weekend will receive full credit to another APBA event
- There are no refunds due to weather delays or match delays. However, a credit would be considered for another APBA event
If you are registered for an event that does not have enough participants, events may be combined at tournament director's discretion. If a class still cannot be formed by combining participants, an APBA tournament director will reach out to you. You will be offered a full refund or credit towards a future event.
Any Refunds/Credits will be less service and processing fees.
Prize Money
Winner take all in Open classes - Singles, Doubles, Mixed - Mens and Womens
MUST have 6 players/teams/entrants registered in a class to have a valid class. If 6 players/teams/entrants are not registered 24 hours before event start, entries will be refunded.
