REGISTRATION
Aug 11: Registration opens at 10AM

Registration fee is $38 per event. Please note that Pickleball Brackets will add a $5 processing fee per event to your registration. This fee is nonrefundable.
FORMAT
Brackets will consist of 8-10 teams
All teams are guaranteed at least 5 games
All matches will be 1 game to 11, win by 2
The Franklin X-40 ball will be used
Format will be round robin + medal match. The top four teams in each bracket will advance to the medal round, with 1st and 2nd competing for gold, and 3rd and 4th playing for bronze. Teams that advance will be determined based on total wins in round robin play. In the event of a tiebreaker, first criteria will be head-to-head play, second will be total points scored in all games.
Tournament Director reserves the right to adjust brackets and format as needed.

The tournament will be held in the South Whitley Town Park at:

South Whitley, IN 46787
Please note that the Front Street entrance to the park will be closed due to the festival. Use the entrance by the river on State Street, just south of the park.
LODGING
South Whitley is a small town. Nearest hotels can be found in Columbia City (10 miles), Huntington (16 miles), or Warsaw (20 miles). Warsaw is the largest of the three, with a beautiful lake and more dining options, including restaurants on the lake. Warsaw also has public outdoor pickleball courts.
CANCELLATION / REFUND POLICY
Please note that the system will automatically add a $5 processing fee per event to your registration This fee is nonrefundable.
Players who cancel before Sept 15 will receive a full refund, less the $5 per event processing fee. No refunds will be issued after Sept 15.
INCLEMENT WEATHER POLICY
Please note that this is an outdoor event. There is no indoor backup available in the area. If weather or any other unforeseen circumstance occurs, we will make every effort play all scheduled matches. We reserve the right to modify play formats as necessary.
If brackets are mid-play when a delay occurs, the tournament leadership team will determine appropriate action to either continue play at a later time or to identify bracket winners based on matches already played.
Refunds will not be issued due to inclement weather.
