Join us for our first Pickleball Tournament fundraiser as we rally together to raise funds for Breast Cancer research at UNC Lineberger Comprehensive Cancer Center. Participants will have the opportunity to compete in pickleball matches and showcase their skills while supporting a worthy cause.

When: Check-in begins at 1:00 PM EST, 4/13/2024; Games start at 1:30pm

Who: You and your partner

Where: Indoor Pickleball courts (lined sports court) at the Orange County SportsPlex in Hillsborough, NC

What: We will have three divisions: Mixed, Male and Female. Each division will consist of 6 teams. Every team will be guaranteed a minimum of 4 games.

Tournament Fees:

Registration is $55 per player and includes a premium item and other tournament sponsor giveaways.

Rules & Format:

This is a non-sanctioned tournament; however, all USAPA 2024 rules will apply.

The tournament will begin with a round-robin format. All 6 teams from each division will then move on to a championship single elimination bracket.

Round Robin Rules: Each game to 11 points, win by 2. All 6 teams within each division will advance to the play-offs.

Single Elimination Bracket: One game to 15, win by 2.

Awards will be awarded to the top 3 teams/players in each division.

Parking: The Sportsplex courts are in the back area - not through the main Sportsplex entrance. Look for the artificial turf soccer field . Turn in there and parking is available in front or near the back swimming pool exit.
