Join us for the Sizzlin' Summer Showdown at 23|Kitchens and enjoy the opportunity to support a selection of local vendors from food, jewelry, to clothing.

Early Bird Pricing is $55 before July 31, 2024. After July 31st price goes up to $65.

Each event is $15.

Registration includes a $20 food & drink voucher at our restaurant.

*Please note that with the exception of your personal hydration, bars and fruits; there will be NO outside food or drink allowed on the premises. This will be strictly enforced.*

We will be handing out raffle tickets to those who bring in school supplies. The donations will go to Thurston County School District.

Players needing partners and players who have not completed registration (haven’t paid yet) have 3 days to complete registration or secure a partner before they will be moved to the waitlist.

Round Robin format (skill/age) WITH playoffs for Gold/Silver/Bronze for skills 3.0-4.5+. Age brackets will be determined following the close of registration, but will strive to be close to under 49, 50+ events.

This event will be DUPR rated and scores will be entered into DUPR.

**Senior Doubles may play on Friday (dependent on registrations)**

Friday, August 23rd - Singles (All Ages)

Saturday, August 24th - Men's Doubles / Women's Doubles (11-49yrs) & Senior Men's Doubles / Women's Doubles (50yrs+)

Sunday, August 25th -Mixed Doubles ALL

5-7 team brackets

- Single-RR, games 1 to 11 win by 2pts.

- Semi-finals (top 4 teams) - 1 to 15

- Bronze - 1 to 15

- Gold - 2/3 to 11 optional (one game to 15 win by 2 is an option as well, if the decision of which format to play is not unanimous then a coin toss will decide the format)

Medals will be awarded to top 3 teams.

Ties will be determined by head- to- head, then by point differential.

Ratings

Players will self-rate and cannot play lower than their USA Pickleball Tournament Player Rating (UTPR). Players may only play up in skill .5 from their profile rating. Tournament Director reserves the right to correct underrated players.

23Kitchens reserves the right to modify event formats as needed based on the number of registrations. This includes merging or splitting events, event dates and changing the scoring format.

$10 Admin fee minimum for all withdrawals before July 31st, 2024

No refunds after close of registration August 18th, 2024.

Depending on the weather 23Kitchens reserves the right to have some matches played on the outdoor courts. This will allow us to facilitate more games in a timely manner.

All players will need to have a waiver signed through "23Kitchens" on their court reserve account. Please do so before the day of the event in order to speed up your check-in time.
