The City Championships have been a long standing tradition in the Fresno area and for Sierra Sport and Racquet Club!
We are looking forward to being able to name our FIRST EVER Fresno City Pickleball Champions.
This will be a fun, and competitive round robin format tournament.
Saturday Aug 31, 2024 will be Men's/Women's doubles
Mixed Doubles on Sunday Sept 1, 2024.
SINGLES TOURNAMENT (first ever) on Monday Sept 2, 2024.

Format will be level based with appropriate age brackets based on signups.
Players should register with a partner by level bracket.
Brackets with 4 or more teams could take 4-6 hours to complete, please plan accordingly
3 teams/players (only if necessary, we will try to combine any 3 team/player divisions with the closest age division possible)
- Double-RR, games 1 to 15
- Top 2 teams advanced to Gold Medal match, 2/3 to 11 win by 2
- 3rd place team automatically receives Bronze medal
4 team bracket
- Single-RR, games 1 to 15
- Semi-final (all 4 teams) - 1 to 15
- Bronze - 1 to 15
- Gold - 2/3 to 11
5-7 team bracket
- Single-RR, games 1 to 15
- Semi-final (top 4 teams) - 1 to 15
- Bronze - 1 to 15
- Gold - 2/3 to 11
8-9 team team bracket
- Single-RR, games 1 to 11
- Semi-final (top 4 teams) - 1 to 11
- Bronze - 1 to 11
- Gold - 2/3 to 11
10-12 team bracket
- 2 pools, Single-RR, games 1 to 15
- Semi-final (top 2 teams from each pool) - 1 to 15
- Bronze - 1 to 15
- Gold - 2/3 to 11

All Matches will be games to 15 win by 1
Playoff 15 win by 2
Medals matches games to 11 win by 2, (Best of 3)
The event has the right to shorten match formats if the weather pose's scheduling delays, if events do not fill up, brackets may be combined at the tournament Director's Discretion.
