SHADOW VALLEY COUNTRY CLUB presents the 2025 Shadow Valley Pickleball Member-Guest Tournament, presented by Family Legacy Planning.
Members, this is your opportunity to share your Shadow Valley community with your non-member/social member friends or family!
Tournament details:
Mens and Womens Doubles - Saturday, July 19, 2025 (rain makeup date is July 20)
2.5 division will start at 8:00 am
3.0 division will start at 10:00 am
3.5 division will start at 12:30 pm
4.0+ division will start at 3:00 pm
The Daily Event Schedule will be posted and emailed to players on Wednesday, April 10th, 2025.
This is a Skill Level tournament. Registration is by Skill Level.
Registration starts at 8:00 am (CST) on March 9th, 2024.
Cost $60.00 per person, includes dinner and drinks for you PLUS one adult guest. You may only register for one event. The first 50 players will receive tournament t-shirt with registration. Shirts will be given out at registration.
Free open play (first come/first serve) for all tourney entrants on Friday, April 11th from 6:00 pm - 9:00 pm.
All matches will be played OUTDOORS on Shadow Valley's 6 stand-alone hard courts with permanent nets. In case of rain, this tournament will take place on Sunday, April 13th. The player dinner will still take place on Saturday, April 12th at 6pm regardless of the weather.
Tournament ball: Selkirk Pro S1
Doubles partners must sign up at the skill level of the higher rated partner. One partner must be rated the level of the division, the other partner may be rated a maximum of 1.0 difference. Example: 3.5 player registers for 3.5 mixed, their partner would be allowed to be rated 2.5, 3.0 or 3.5. Please use your published Dynamic Universal Pickleball Rating (DUPR). If you do not have a Dynamic Universal Pickleball Rating, then you can self-rate.
To guarantee a spot in the tournament, the second partner must sign up and pay within 2 days of the first partner's registration. Incomplete teams will be moved to the waiting list after 2 days. Once the second partner registers, the team will be moved back into the event IF THERE ARE SPOTS LEFT IN THE TOURNAMENT AND THE EVENT.
Events may be merged if the minimum number of teams (3) is not met.
Round Robin format for all events. Medals for 1st and 2nd place.
