In order to protect the health and safety of all participants, I understand and agree that Main Street Pickleball LLC may determine that the event needs to be terminated at any point during the event with no refund and that I may no longer be able to participate or compete in the tournament. There will be no refunds for bad weather, unforeseeable events, acts of God.

Refunds will be allowed if a participant is found to be ineligible because of a failure to meet age requirements.
