This is a round robin format for all events. Round robin matches are one game to 15 win by 2. Medal rounds are determined by the number of teams in the brackets. Registration of 7 teams or more will play two pools with cross over for medals. Medal rounds with 6 teams or less registered will be determined by the specific event. Event formats can be changed or combined at the discretion of the tournament director.

All pets must be on a leash if brought to the venue. There is a dog park next to the courts.

Registered players shall understand and abide by the US Pickleball Association rule book.

What does it mean to be registered?

* Player in a singles amateur event has registered and paid their tournament fees

* Player in a doubles amateur event; both players have registered and both players have paid their tournament fees

*You or your team could be moved to the waitlist:or disqualified (see the following items)

* If your partner (doubles) has not registered/paid

Contract to play is between players and it is their responsibility to comply with the tournament requirements to participate as stated above - player responsibility

Santa Fe Pickleball Club Members may use the provided discount code. Any individual who uses the code without being a SFPC member will be disqualified from the tournament without a refund. To join the SFPC and receive a discount for registration, go to: santafepickleballclub.com

General policy is NO refunds; however unusual circumstances will be considered. Contact tournament director.

We will do our best to accommodate play if weather causes delays. Times and Events may be moved to an alternate day or time. Partial refund, discount or NO Refunds will be granted if weather causes a player to be eliminated from ALL events. Decisions in regards to this are at the discretion of the Santa Fe Pickleball Club Board.
