Registration - $45.00 | $50.00 | $65.00

Event fee: $15.00 each.

Open Event fee: $30.00

When registering online, online waiver signature is used.

All player communication during event will be via text messaging.

TOURNAMENT FORMAT: ROUND ROBIN for Seeding

Tournament Ratings are based on PBR (Pickleball Brackets Rating). Scores entered into DUPR

Medals will be awarded to the top three teams in each event (except prize money events) based on number of wins. Ties will be determined by head- to- head, then by point differential, then winner of round robin.

Round Robin game format: One game to 15 win by 2.

Medal Matches: Bronze: one game to 15 win by 2. Gold/Silver: 2 out of 3 games 11 win by 2.

The Tournament Director reserves the right to modify event formats as needed based on the number of registrations. This includes merging or splitting events, event dates and changing the scoring format.

All paddles must be on USAPA approved list as of Date of Registration.

PLAYER REGISTRATION FEE MUST BE PAID AT THE TIME OF REGISTRATION. PARTNER MUST REGISTER WITHIN 1 DAY OR THE TEAM IS MOVED TO THE WAITLIST UNTIL PAYMENT IS MADE.

REFEREES

Registration is open for Refs.

Draws will be posted in the morning on the day of the event.

Refund Policy

Full refund, minus a $15 Administration Fee, will be refunded for withdrawals before April 06, 2025, 12:00 pm. Any withdrawals after this date and time will not be refunded, no exceptions.

Refunds will not be issued for cancellations due to acts of nature
