This is a USA Pickleball MMP Sanctioned Event.

USA Pickleball Membership valid through May 12th, 2024 is required for participation in this tournament per sanctioning rules. UTPR Ratings are used by pickleballbrackets.com for tournament seeding. Please contact usapickleball.org for concerns or changes to skill rating as we do not have access to player profiles. Players may only register for one event per day. Registration and event fees are required for all players.

Registration Fees:

Early Bird Registration ($39): January 1st-March 1st, 2024

Normal Registration ($59): March 2nd-May 1st, 2024 (REGISTRATION EXTENDED THROUGH MAY 3RD)

Open Events ($49/player)

Non-Open Events ($19/player)

AMATEUR & OPEN LEVEL EVENTS

The events offered are for singles and doubles from the 3.0 to 5.0 & Open levels. Open level doubles events are intended for players with at least a 4.0+ UTPR Rating, however lower ratings may enter upon tournament director approval.

PRIZE MONEY & GIFT PRIZES

Prize money will be awarded to gold, silver, and bronze medalists for Open level doubles events (i.e. Men's, Women's, and Mixed Open level doubles). Gift prizes will be awarded to all gold medalists outside of those events.

TOURNAMENT FORMAT

This is a round robin tournament for both singles and doubles. Final round robin format is based off number of registered teams for doubles, which is the same for number of players for singles. The tournament director has the right to change tournament format based on need.

ROUND ROBIN FORMATS

(1-2) registered teams - combined with another event

(3) registered teams - double round robin or combined

(4-7) registered teams - single round robin

(8-16) registered teams - round robin pool play with qualifiers advancing to play-off bracket

(16+) registered teams - round robin pool play with qualifiers advancing to play-off bracket

MATCH FORMAT

Matches will be best 2 out 3 games to 11 points win by 2 points, or 1 game to 15 points win by 2 points. The tournament director has the right to change match format based on need.

SPECTATORS

All friends and family are welcome to watch the event for free from outside of the courts.

*Up to May 1st, 2024 11:55 PM registrants may withdraw/cancel and receive a full refund minus a $10 processing fee.

*Once registration closes there are no refunds for any reason. If you do need to withdraw please do so.

*If weather affects an event's completion, the following refund policy will be honored...

a. 0-1 match has been played: Full refund less $10 processing

b. 2 matches have been played: Event fee only will be refunded

c. 3 matches or more have been played: No refund

Please note: Last minute withdrawals, player retirements/withdrawals for any reason during tournament competition, or no shows before or during tournament competition, that affect an event's total number of matches played are not refundable causes. The above weather refund policy applies to weather only.

All qualifying refunds will be processed no later than 2 weeks after the tournament's completion.

The following prize money will be awarded to gold, silver, bronze medalists for Open level doubles events that have 8 or more teams registered. If there are less than 8 teams registered in an event, the prize money will be adjusted.

Gold: $500/team

Silver: $300/team

Bronze: $200/team
