Ridgefield Pickleball and The Friends of Ridgefield Parks and Recreation, present The Ridgefield Pickleball Blind Draw Tournament and Picnic.

This is a fundraising event for the Ridgefield Pickleball Club. The registration fee is $15.00 per person, per event. All revenue will go toward the purchase of a Pickleball Tutor Machine. Any extra funds will be saved for the purchase of ball, nets and other supplies for the club.

In a blind draw tournament, players register individually for their selected events and are then randomly matched with a partner for round robin play. Depending on the number of registrants, competitors will be grouped by skill and/or age prior to the draw.

This type of tournament is also known as a Hat Tournament, as in "Throw your Name in a Hat"!

Mixed doubles will be played in the morning and doubles will be in the afternoon. The specific schedule will be determined by the number of registered players.
