Join us for a fun tournament raising money for the American Heritage Girls Searcy Troop 2159!

Three game guarantee for all divisions except moneyball.

Teams can be moved up divisions at the sole discretion of the tournament director. Teams must play at the higher player’s skill level. Factors that could determine a player to be moved up can include but are not limited to DUPR rating.

Don’t forget to stick around for the evening open moneyball division where you can compete against or watch some of the best players around try their best to win some cash!

This event will use pickleballbrackets.com to notify you of any and all tournament/match information via email and/or text message.

Players who register without partners or players whose partners do not register within 3 days of the initial teammate registration will automatically be moved to the waitlist. Teams will be moved off the waitlist and back into the event once both teammates have registered and if the event has not already filled.

Any players left on the waitlist will be refunded 100% minus the pickleballbrackets.com and Stripe fees within three days after the tournament has completed.

Full refunds minus any pickleballbrackets.com fees and Stripe fees and a $5 processing fee until the close of registration. No refunds will be given once registration has closed.

Any and all refunds are subject to be held until the tournament has been completed and will be paid out within three days of tournament completion.

Total Prize Money will depends on total number of entrants in the moneyball division.

If tournament is rescheduled due to weather, players will have the option of a full refund minus pickleballbrackets.com fees, Stripe fees, and $5 processing fee if they cannot make the rescheduled date.

If tournament is cancelled due to weather, players will get a full refund minus pickleballbrackets.com fees and Stripe fees.

Refunds will be given out within three days after original tournament date. Any and all players who request a refund before the tournament has been rescheduled will be subject to normal refund rules.

In the event of weather issues, the 3 game guarantee is subject to change based on time restrictions.

By signing up for this tournament, you are releasing Chase Underwood and all other involved parties of any liability in the case of any injuries or accidents.
