SUMMARY

- We have 15 outdoor courts + 6 indoor courts at PCYC next door

- We'll make pools as large as possible to maximise the fun

- We have shade, seating, and water provided

- We'll have food options on-site along with delivery, and dozens of restaurants within a few hundred metres (we're bang in the CBD!)

The Queensland Pickleball Tour is a series of 4 events played in some of Queensland's best locations. The series will offer Junior events, 19+ Singles, Doubles and Mixed Doubles, 35+ Singles, Doubles and Mixed Doubles, 50+Singles, Doubles and Mixed Doubles and 60+ Singles, Doubles and Mixed Doubles.

Players can play one singles, one doubles and one mixed doubles event at each tournament.

For Hervey Bay, juniors are welcome to join 19+ or 4.0+ labelled events. If there are 4 entries we can create a hybrid (mixed gender) division of that event.

Gold 100pts

Silver 80pts

Bronze 70pts

4th 60pts

Losing quarterfinalists 40pts

Losing round of 16 20pts

Round robin match win, 3pts

Participation with no win 1pts each game

Any tie on points will be decided using points differentials.

The top three players in each division across singles, doubles and mixed doubles will be announced and crowned at the end of the year.

LIVE STREAMING

Live video and audio of matches will be recorded and broadcast online. Recording equipment

at matches may record your image, voice and other identifying features. Please observe

appropriate standards of behaviour, conduct and language in or around the live streaming

devices, whose presence will be marked by signage at the match.

By proceeding to attending or participating in this tournament, you are consenting to the

recording and use of the information more publicly, as described.

Refunds will be provided no questions asked up to the close of registration (minus Stripe fees).

After registration closes provision of medical certificate will ensure a full refund minus the transaction and service charges.

General withdrawal after the close of registration will result in a $30 administration fee being retained by PAQ.

Once draws and times are published (3 days prior to tournament commencing), NO refund will be given, except when a medical certificate can be provided.

Due to being a mostly outdoor venue, please make yourself available for all three days of tournament, as in case of wet weather, events may be postponed to subsequent days and have a condensed format.

In case of consistent wet weather Tournament may be postponed to a later date TBA in collaboration with PAA Tournaments committee
