(EACH OF THESE WILL HAVE PRIZE MONEY AND NO PRIZE MONEY DIVISIONS)

MEN'S/WOMEN'S DO NOT OVERLAP WITH MIXED DOUBLES / ALL PLAYERS CAN PLAY IN BOTH MIXED AND REGULAR DOUBLES

WINNERS OF ALL DIVISIONS RECEIVE MEDALS!!!

--> TOURNAMENT FEES:

Registration Fee Per Player: $45

Additional $15 if you play in Prize Money Brackets.

--> PLAYING FORMAT:

Round Robin following a Single Elimination Playoff.

All Players will get a guaranteed 3 matches minimum.

All Players will proceed to the BIG PKL. (Single Elimination Playoff)

First and Second play for Gold/Silver, While Third and Fourth place play for bronze

The Tournament Director Retains the right to combine/split brackets by age or skill on either day.

This tournament's events will be combined by skill and possibly age, if there are not enough teams in the brackets.(If your event does not have enough teams to make a competitive bracket it will be combined with tournament director discretion.)

A players spot is NOT SECURE unless you have a partner listed and BOTH partner's have PAID!!!

You have 21 days/3 weeks to find your partner, otherwise you will be put on the waiting list.

Email the tournament director for a withdrawal. Refunds may take up to 15 business days to process.

This Tournament goes Non-Refundable on February 12th, 2025.

All Refunds are full MINUS processing fee.

There is Prize Money Divisions in Men's, Women's, and Mixed.

ONLY PLAYERS registered in PRIZE MONEY DIVISIONS WILL RECEIVE PRIZE MONEY.

1st Place Team - $150

2nd Place Team - $100

3rd Place Team - $50

We will email all players the night before/morning of the tournament if weather conditions are too extreme to play.
