Tournament schedule:

Friday, July 18th - Men and Women Singles

Saturday, July 19th - Men and Women Doubles

Sunday, July 20th - Mixed Doubles.

Competition each day may begin as early as 8:00 AM. Specific start times for each event will be posted and emailed after the close of registration as early as possible prior to the event. Format of play will be round robin. Medal rounds will follow the round robin play if the bracket size is over 4 teams.

Please check-in at least 30 minutes before your scheduled start time. In addition, if courts are available and everyone has checked in, we may begin subsequent events earlier than scheduled. Court assignments will be sent out via text messaging on the day of each event. Make sure you are on time as it may delay other matches that are waiting.

As registration proceeds, tournament management reserves the option to combine brackets as needed if brackets do not fill. If brackets are combined to create playable brackets, awards will be based on the original division and not the combined bracket. Brackets will be combined by age, if possible, to avoid combining skills.

A team must play at the skill level of the higher rated player (or higher) and the age group of the younger player. Age is calculated as of 12/31/2025.

Skill levels include 2.5, 3.0, 3.5, 4.0, 4.5+

RATINGS

- Let's Play Pickleball will be using DUPR Ratings. You must have a DUPR ID to register. All matches will be reported to DUPR.

You may register and identify your partner or request "Need partner". Your partner must register within three days of your registration, or the team will be moved to the wait list. When the identified partner registers after the three-day grace period, the team will automatically move from the wait list back to the active list if there is a slot available and both teams have paid. If a player needs a partner, the team will automatically move from the wait list to the active list once a partner is identified, registers, and both players have paid if there is an available slot to move to. NOTE: Your spot in the tournament is not guaranteed until your partner has registered, and all fees have been paid in full.

There are no referees. Matches are self-monitored. If a referee is requested, we will do our best to provide one.

Let's Play Pickleball adheres to the guidelines set forth in the USA Pickleball Rulebook. All gameplay, officiating, and judgment decisions during our events are based on these rules to ensure consistency and fairness for all players.

We encourage all participants to familiarize themselves with the USA Pickleball Rulebook to understand the standards and expectations that govern our games. In addition, Let's Play Pickleball allows paddles that are on the official USA Pickleball paddle list. It is the player's responsibility to make sure their paddle is currently approved by USA Pickleball for tournament play. https://equipment.usapickleball.org/paddle-list/

Withdraw deadline is July 5th at midnight. Players may withdraw prior to midnight on July 5th for any reason and receive a refund minus a $20 administrative fee.

After July 5th there are no refunds for any reason unless a player has purchased weather and injury tournament insurance. This is an outdoor tournament. Weather and tournament Insurance covers a player if the tournament is canceled due to weather or if a player or a player's partner must withdraw due to injury. Documentation might be required.

We will make every accommodation to complete each bracket as we understand this is an outdoor tournament.

Additionally, a player registration fees may not be transferred to other players.

Your spot in the tournament is not guaranteed until your partner has registered, and all fees have been paid in full.

Players who do not show up for their event and fail to notify the tournament director prior OR leave the event without notifying the tournament director after it has started are subject to a $25 fine. The fine must be paid before registering for any other Let's Play Pickleball events.

Your safety is the upmost priority. As we prepare for outdoor activities, please remember to bring sunscreen and plenty of hydration including water, electrolytes and snacks.
