Registration Opens Thursday, December 9, 2021 at 5:00pm

Registration Closes Wednesday, January 12, 2022 at 12:00pm

Early Bird Special for registration:

If you register before Dec 31, 2021 registration fee is $40

After Dec 31, 2021 registration fee will be $45

When you check in for your first match you will receive a very nice towel as a gift.

Maximum number of Events per player is 2.

The second event is $20

On Friday Evening, January 14, 2022, Pierremont Oaks Tennis Club will be hosting a Men's/Women's 3.0 & Under Pickleball Open Play & Practice from 5:30pm-7:30pm as well as a separate Men's/Women's 3.5 & Above Pickleball Open Play & Practice. This signup is for players who are participating in the tournament and guests as well. This will be a great way to kickoff the tournament weekend and say hi to all of your Pickleball friends. I hope to see everyone come out and participate. Cost is $10 dollars a person. Please click on the black box which says Open Play & Practice Friday Ev. It is located just below where it says Click To Register For Tourney.

Tournament Format:

All skill/age divisions will be double elimination with a Come Around. Main Draw matches consist of a best of 3 game format with each game to 11, win by 2 points. Consolation matches consist of one game to 15, win by two.

Depending on Draw sizes you will either play at Pierremont Oaks Tennis Club or East Ridge Country Club.

*There will be bleachers which will be the designated viewing area available for Spectators.

Food & Beverage:

*There will be a food and alcohol/beverages available for purchase in the upstairs grill/bar area.

Refund Policy:

*Refunds minus a $10 processing fee for withdrawals from the tournament up till January 12, 2022. If tournament is canceled because of rain a refund minus a $10 processing fee will be returned to you. Refunds will be processed after the tournament is complete.
