Welcome to the POP, LOB & DROP IT Tourney hosted by LFG Tourneys, LLC. This tournament will be held at York Adams Community Tennis Association (YACTA) in Hanover, PA on Friday September 6, 2024 through Sunday September 8, 2024. You will have the opportunity to play Singles, Doubles, Mixed, and Split Age events with amateur skill levels ranging from 3.0-4.5. Additionally, there will be OPEN/PRO and SENIOR OPEN/PRO events in all brackets with Prize $$$. Medals will be awarded for first, second, and third place in all ages/brackets.

Tourney shirt included with registration before August 1, 2024.

FORMAT:

MENS SINGLES PRO/SENIOR PRO, MENS/COED SINGLES AMATEUR

~Traditional - Best 2 out of 3, games to 11, win by 2. Double elimination. Consolation Bracket games to 15, win by 2.

GENDER DOUBLES AND MIXED AMATEUR EVENTS

~3.0 - 4.5 events will run Round Robin one game to 15, win by 2, with top several teams/players advancing into bracket play after the round robin. Brackets will be double elimination, games to 15, win by 2 winner brackets, and games to 11 win by 2, consolation bracket, no come around. Bronze medal matches one game to 15, win by 2. Gold Medal matches will be best 2 out of 3, games to 11, win by 2.

MENS AND WOMENS GENDER DOUBLES OPEN/PRO.

~ Round Robin, top several teams from each pool advancing to bracket play. Winners bracket, best two out of three. Loser bracket, game to 15, win by 2. Double elimination, no come around. Bronze medal matches games to 15, win by 2. Gold medal matches, best two out of three.

MIXED DOUBLES OPEN/PRO

~Traditional - Best 2 out of 3, games to 11, win by 2. Double elimination. Consolation Bracket games to 15, win by 2. Bronze one game to 15, win by 2. Gold match, best 2 out of 3.

SPLIT AGE ANYTHING GOES- 3.0 - 4.0 (Coed -one player must be 50+/one under 50)

~ Traditional - best 2 out of 3, games to 11 win by 2. Double elimination. Consolation bracket games to 15, win by 2. Bronze one game to 15, win by 2. Gold match, best 2 out of 3.

SPLIT AGE ANYTHING GOES (4.0+) (Coed - one player must be 50+/one under 50) - Prize Money

~Traditional - best 2 out of 3, games to 11 win by 2. Double elimination. Consolation bracket games to 15, win by 2. Bronze one game to 15, win by 2. Gold match, best 2 out of 3.

**Tournament Directors have the right to make changes to format, adjust age brackets, or other items if needed.

* It is the intention of the Tournament Directors to submit results to DUPR. However, we have no control whether results are entered by DUPR.

Singles play on Friday September 6, 2024.

Amateur Doubles, Open Gender Doubles, and Split Age 4.0+ on Saturday September 7, 2024.

All Mixed events and Split Age 3.0-4.0 play on Sunday September 8, 2024.

Bonus - pklmart will be on site Saturday and Sunday and will provide match analysis for many of the players, depending on bracket size and match location.

Our event is indoor and not subject to weather conditions. If you are registered and paid, we anticipate your attendance. In the event that a bracket does not have sufficient teams, the Tournament Director reserves the right to combine brackets by level and/or age.

Water and snacks will be available to players.

You must show a photo ID with your birthdate to check-in. Please check-in a minimum of 30 minutes prior to your event start time each day that you play. If the tournament is running early, your event can start up to 30 minutes before the scheduled start time.

GENERAL RULES

* 2024 USA Pickleball Rules will apply.

* Team Age bracket will be determined by the age of the youngest partner. Age as of 12/31/2024.

* Team Skill level will be determined by the highest skill level of the player on the team.

Refunds (minus a $30 to $35 fee [$25 fee plus $5 or $10 Pickleball Bracket event fee] depending on how many events you are withdrawing from) will be allowed until August 6, 2024 (one month prior). After that date, no refunds will be given for any reason.

*In situations of player swap, the new partner will need to pay the registration and event fee prior to issuing a refund to the withdrawing partner. A refund to the withdrawn partner will be issued (minus a $30 to $35 fee [$25 fee plus $5 or $10 Pickleball Bracket event fee] depending on how many events you are withdrawing from).

* Note - PickleballBrackets.com charges a separate administration fee at checkout that is non-refundable at any time if you are placed into an event.

Prize money will be paid out for all OPEN events! $5000 (at a minimum) will be split between the Pro/Senior pro events and Split Age 4.0+. 1000$ will be awarded to the winners of Men's Open, Women's open, Mixed open, and our Split Age open. The amount of money paid to gold, silver, and bronze in each event will be proportionate to the number of players registered with 60% going to gold, 30% to silver, and 10% to bronze (Does not necessarily apply to our 1000$ for first place brackets).
