Welcome to the First Pickleball to Support St Mary Food Pantry

The format for this tournament will be round robin, 1 game to 15, win by 2, with single elimination play offs. Medal matches will be the best 2 out of 3 games to 11 (win by 2). (Note - for smaller brackets, the tournament director may convert the brackets to a format of 2 out of 3 to 11 (win by 2) or merge brackets, if needed. Larger brackets may be divided into pools with the top two from each pool advancing to the single-elimination playoffs (This maybe adjusted, as well).

Medals will be awarded to 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place winners in each event

The Tournament Director reserves the right to merge brackets or change format as needed for tournament operations. This means that skill and/or ages could be combined depending on the registration counts.

Schedule:

-Saturday – Women and Men Doubles (Tournament starts at 8:00a)

-Sunday - Mixed Doubles (Tournament starts at 8:00a)

If your partner has tagged you as their partner, your registration is not complete. Each participant must register through the website.

The tournament will follow USA Pickleball rules.

We encourage each participant to donate some non-perishable food items to The St Mary Food Bank.

Typically, the schedule with start times is finalized and posted approximately one week before the start of the tournament. Brackets are posted automatically at midnight on the day of the tournament.

IMPORTANT!!!!

Please note that the tournament software (Pickleball Brackets) charges $5.00 as a registration fee for one event and up to a maximum of $10.00 for multiple events.

Please note neither the tournament directors nor the venue have any control over these fees and they are non-refundable in case of withdrawal.

Refunds are available minus the $5.00/$10.00 system fee and an additional $5.00 transaction fee until the scheduled registration close date (April 15, 2025). No refunds will be given after registration closes.
